HelpWhat is it? TicketSwap is a great way to trade event tickets with other members. How does it work? It’s easy! Within a few minutes, you can create offers for tickets posted by other members. When you create each offer, you let other members know which tickets you are willing to trade for the game or event you want. Once submitted, your offer is sent privately to the owner of the tickets. They then have the option to accept or reject your offer. If accepted, both parties contact information will be released to one another. You will have to discuss and agree upon how to exchange the tickets. TicketSwap provides a user rating system where you can post positive and negative experiences. Posting a ticket To post a ticket, simply: 1. Log on. 2. Click “Post a Ticket” and accurately enter the details of the ticket. 3. View the ticket details and click on” My Account.” Choose “My Tickets” to view offers from other ticketswap.biz members. There you also will be able to edit the description of the tickets. 4. If a venue and event are not already listed in our database, please click the “Suggest a Venue/Event” link in footer to request that we add your event. It is important to note the following: - Be truthful in stating the face value of the tickets. Any member who blatantly scalps tickets will be banned from the Web site. - The purpose of this Web site is to facilitate ticket trading for tickets of relatively equal value. In some cases, money will be exchanged if the value of one set of tickets is greater than the other. - After an offer is accepted, all existing offers from other members are canceled.
